A Christmas Stalking

Last night I was telling people at the shop that I was working on a Christmas stocking for a client. Someone said, "stalking?" Anyway, the result was a lot of silly laughter.
This was commissioned by a man's mother in law, to include him in a family tradition. The pattern is the same one used for the rest of the family's stockings.
I just need to steam it, stitch on the name, apply trim, and seam it. I'm doing this kind of knitting this season, and not dog sweaters, with the exception of some wardrobe building I'm doing for Madeline.
