Yes, I Do
Count me in as a yarn huffer. In my LYS, I sometimes get so lost in the sensory aspects of yarn purchasing that I don't realize that I've rubbed my face in the yarn, and breathed in the wooly fragrance. I also love the wooly smell after it has be marinated in dog. I have been known to sniff Piccolo's worn sweaters. My absolute favorite is Lorna's Laces. There's something about what they used to wash the yarn after it's been painted that just smells so fresh. At Arcadia, I have requested to open virgin bags to get a hit. Yarn is a feast for the eyes, and nose!
