Even More Quilting for Dogs

Here's another look at Piccolo's accommodations for our inaugural viewing. A new quilt! This is the smaller sized Spot On Retro, designed by Colette Cogley. Fabrics from my vintage dog stash, Michael Miller's Boomerang print, Park Slope, and Denyse Schimidt. Playful, colorful and fun. The quilting texture is the Dogs and Bones design again, this time in orange. I laundered it to get that lovely puckery thing that happens with a quilt. This design is fun to make--the top goes together quickly, and arranging the dots is a lot of fun. If I ever needed a quick nursery quilt, I would go for something like this. Or, another one for a little dog!
